Refunds

We want you to feel confident spending on Asterune. This page explains what is and isn't eligible for a refund, how the process works, and what to expect.

Refund window

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. We are unable to issue refunds for transactions outside this window except in cases of billing errors or platform-side issues, which are reviewed at our discretion.

What can be refunded

Runes

Runes are Asterune's in-game currency, used to purchase avatar items, cosmetics, and creator-made content. Rune purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days provided that:

  • The Runes have not been spent in full or in part
  • The purchase was not flagged for suspicious activity
  • This is not part of a pattern of repeated refund requests

If Runes have been partially spent, we may issue a partial refund for the unspent portion at our discretion.

Note: Avatar items, cosmetics, and creator-sold items purchased using Runes are not directly refundable on their own. To recover the value of these items, a refund of the original Rune purchase must be requested, which will reverse the associated Rune transaction and reclaim the items.

Luminary

Luminary is Asterune's subscription membership. Luminary purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal date, provided that:

  • Benefits associated with the subscription have not been substantially used during the billing period
  • The request is submitted before the next renewal date

Luminary subscriptions are not prorated. If you cancel mid-cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period and no partial refund will be issued. To avoid being charged for a renewal you don't want, cancel before your next billing date. You can manage your subscription from your account settings.

What cannot be refunded

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Runes that have been fully or partially spent, except at our discretion for partial refunds on unspent balances
  • Luminary subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window
  • Any purchase made on an account that has been suspended or permanently banned
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g. app stores) — these are subject to the refund policies of the relevant platform, not Asterune's

How to request a refund

To submit a refund request, contact us at Solarius support with the following:

  • The email address associated with your Asterune account
  • The date and approximate amount of the transaction
  • Whether the request is for Runes or Luminary
  • A brief description of the reason for the request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Appeals

If your refund request was denied and you believe this was in error, you can submit an appeal at Solarius support. Please include any additional context that may help us reconsider your case.
